NO EASTER DECORATIONS

On my way home from church after Holy Saturday service I took a longer route than usual to see if any of the houses in the neighborhood might have any outside Easter decorations visible. There is always an abundance of Christmas and Holloween decorations around here, but I didn’t see any for Easter Resurrection Day, not even a pink bunny or yellow chick. I saw a couple of Nativity figures still lingering unheralded on one porch, probably part way through the process of getting put away. Where is the Happy Holidays crowd? Doing their taxes?
