SCRIPTURAL ROSARY DAY
I go to the scriptural rosary today that our parish Legion of Mary sponsors every First Saturday. The little book we use has simple, well done drawings of scenes from the mysteries, and together with each Hail Mary there is a carefully selected and related scriptural verse or line from the liturgy. We pray through all four of the sets of mysteries, say a few additional Marian prayers, sing a hymn, and then have a refreshments and chat session afterwards.
